Personal confidence is needed for all the business communicators, because it brings self belief upon what is being conveyed by the communicator and its successful impact upon the audience. It brings confidence to stick to the ideas and makes efforts to successfully realize the ideas. It makes people to believe the communicators

The one method of self improvement is to consider each problem as a challenge and apply brain storming sessions to find out the innovative solutions. If their is a problem, then there must be a solution. This approach of thinking and taking the problem as a challenge, will help solve the problem and bring improvements and eliminate the flaw. It is because, the best way to eliminate the flaws is to face it and find ways to solve it, rather running away from it. It will help eliminate the flaws.

Personal confidence differs from arrogance, as personal confidence is about self belief and conviction, whereas arrogance is about underestimating or disrespecting the others. Though personal confidence respects the others and has empathy towards the other views, unlike arrogance that only relies on  self proclaimed ideas and rejecting the views of others.
