a). Provision 8 the nurse collaborates with other health provisionals and the public in promoting community,national and international efforts to meet health needs.8.1 health needs and concerns the nursing profession is commited to promoting the health ,welfare,and safety of all people.

c). Department of health and human services as launched healthy people 2010, a comprehensive,nation wide health promotion and disease prevention agenda.

Healthy people 2010 contains 467 objectives designed to serve as a framework for improving the health of all people in the united states during the first decade of the 21 st century.

Healthy people 2010 builds on similar initiative pursued over the proceding two decades.two overarching goals to increase quality and years of healthy life and to eliminate health disparities- served to guide the development of objectiv that would be used yo measure progress

Each objective has a target to be achieved by the year 2010.these objectives are organized in to 28 focus areas, each representing an important public health area.

Healthy people is a U.S government initiative aimed at improving the health of the nation.the program has released .

Health: promotion and disease prevention goals,objectives and leading health indicators that serve as a model to develop goals and objectives to improve the health of a community.

New initiatives in healthy people 2020 include adolescent health; blood disorders and blood safety dementias,including Alzheimer's disease; early and middle childhood; genomics ; global health; health related quality of life and we being; Health Care associated infections; lesbian,gay,bisexual,transgender, health; older adults; preparedness; sleep health; and social

* attain high quality, longer lives free of preventable disease, disability,injury,and premature death.
