Discuss four types of practices for reaching cooperating outcomes.
The Four types of practices for reaching cooperating outcomes are as follows:
1. Power tools - When there is little agreement between the members of the organization, then the only tool used for cooperation between the members are power tools such as fiat, force, coercion and threats.
2. Management tools - management tools focus on coordination and processes. The management tools include training, standard operating procedures, and measurement systems.
3. Leadership tools - The leadership tool can help in cooperation as long as there is high level of consensus. if the change is in accordance and promote the reason why members have chosen to work in cooperation, then leadership tools are used.
4. Culture tools - In this case, the employees will automatically collaborate to work in the same direction because of deep consensus on priorities and what actions to take.
