Numerous internal and external factors could be contributors to this state at the school. As such you have been appointed to undertake a study to empirically ascertain the precise reasons for the school’s declining performance. As a start you are required to prepare a proposal for the applied study. Outline the following and MAKE ASSUMPTIONS where necessary:

There can be various reasons for the decline in the enrollment of students in the school. These reasons can be:-

1) Introduction of new courses:-

The school, in order to attract the students and also to stand out the competition, they should undertake some steps to achieve the target. The new courses can help a student build his character and help them shape their future.

Location of the School: The school authorities should ensure that the school's location is easily accessible. Location plays a significant role in the admission to a school. The school can improve this problem by opening its branches in those place s which have a good network of public transport facilities.

Faculty of the School:- In order to become the world's number 1 school, the school should focus on the faculty of teachers teaching in schools. To improve that, the school should take an interview with the teacher and providing them with real-life situations before offering them a job. The faculty should know their subjects very well and should also able to impart to others for what they know.

Security of the students:- The school should ensure the safety of the students. For that, the school should appoint a guard that will guard the school every time, and specific other measures also need to be taken like CCTV cameras should be installed in every corner of the school.
