Caffeine increases the blood pressure as it increases the speed of contraction of heart and blood vessel.

Nicotine increases the blood pressure as it increases the speed of the contraction of the heart and blood vessels .

Salt intake high in diet increases the blood pressure as salt helps in restraining of water in the body and thus extra water increases the blood pressure.

Potassium decreases the blood pressure as it against the activity of salt. It does not help in the retention of water in the body and hence blood pressure will not increase.

Calcium decreases the blood pressure as it against the activity of salt .

Stress hormone increases the blood pressure because stress increases the rate of contractions of heart and blood vessels.  

During the exercise, the blood pressure increases, as that time body need high energy , so heart will contract in high rate. But after exercise , blood pressure drops as body does not require too much energy.
