Same sex couples deserves to take their own decision in life. Society does not have the right to discriminate them.(Corvino & Gallagher, 2012)
No right for marriage
In other hand, some people who do not support same sex marriage argue that all the rights have some limitation. So, same sex marriage should not be legal. They argue that, if same sex marriage would be legalized then polygamous marriage also should be legal. So they are saying that no one will stop a same sex couple to love each others,But they don’t need to get married.(Wilson,2012)
2) Freedom of preference
Huge number of people believes that government has no right to interfere in someone’s private matter. Everyone can have a private love life and they can make their own choices. If a person is happy by the same sex marriage then government has no right to take her or his happiness. Everyone should have the right to make choices or preferences. So in their perspective, Same sex marriage should be legal.(Tiefer, 2018)

3) Rights for adaptation and getting married
In some countries, it is legal that a same sex people can adopt a child. If a same sex couple thinks they can take the responsibility of a child, then they obliviously can adopt a child. According to some arguments, any law or legal action can’t stop a same sex couple to get married and to adopt a child.(Boucai, 2012).
No rights for adaption and getting married
In other perspective of some people, a same sex couple can’t get married and can’t have a baby. They argues that, a same sex marriage never can be successful and so that they are unable to give proper education to that adopted child. They also stated a statement that same sex marriage will affect the culture of the society.
Conclusion – After considering all the arguments, we can conclude that same sex marriage should be legal. As it is not harming anyone or the society so societies do not have the right to prohibit the same sex marriage. According to the survey, same sex marriage is now legal in most of the countries. We hope it will be legal for all the countries very soon.(Conkle, 2017)
