Answer: Nursing profession is a life long learning process. In this profession, nurse indulge themselves in learning from their experiences, evidence based practice as well as reading journals to keep themselves updated. The nurse is a healthcare professional who is in the direct contact of the patient. The nurse plays several roles in the healthcare settings. The nurse elevate their skills to provide quality of care to the patients. The nurse provide knowledge, education and teaching of the care plan to the patient. The nurse by providing cultural competence environment to the patient, reduces the patient's discomfort level and build a trust with a patient.

Nursing profession is a profession where nurse need to provide selfless care to the patient. It is not just a job or employment but it is kind of human act which the nurse provide to the patients. Nurse indulge the medical ethics to reduce the health disparities among patients.
