My beliefs on nursing are its a proffesion that needs a lot of patience firstly also one should be kind, honest , consistent, persistant, should be willing to learn all thier life.I believe that the main aspects are caring, knowledge, integrity and the willingness to serve others.
my nursing theory is based on willingness to serve others.
this makes me happy.
if there is one person I've helped one day, I feel satisfied and happy. So I believe i have the ability to change peoples life.
This philosophy fits with my nursing practice because there are a lot of people who need help in the hospital beds, when there are no family members around they have to be cared for and looked after, only a nurse can do this after the family memebers . Making a patient feel at home, to give them that warmth and a sense of care is what I stand for.
Harmony can be achieved through my professional practice because all of the staff at my work place are treated equally and given equal importance , all of us are treated with dignity, and respect .
