✓Encourage walking and bicycling for transportation as well as a recreation for working people. It will also help in improving the environment.

✓Create opportunities for training/ physical activity.

✓Conduct a mapping program to understand the local opportunities for physical exercise including parks, gyms, sports clubs .

✓Encourage the use of stairs and walkways instead of lift.

✓ Arrange a program at corporate rate for the localgym or swimming pool.

✓Arrange and provide work time access to free phone health related information and coaching service about ways to overcome occupational illness.

✓Provide onsite physical activity classes like yoga, Pilates etc.

✓Adults should also do some muscle strengthening activities mild to moderate intensity and which involve all major muscle groups on 2 or more days a week.
