Answer. The teachers have to make many special teaching plans for early childhood children. The plans are classified according to their age groups like for toddlers, for pre school, and for kindergarden. These teaching plans include time bound and interactive lessons that are inculacated with a technique of telling a story, reading a book, singing a song or going on a field trips, etc. Their routine plans should include basic but easy activities for the little children to learn from. As they classes changes, the plans changes accordingly. For children of preschool and kindergarden, the plans should be formative in a way that children get to learn all the subjects in easy way. The plans must include art, science, motor skill playing, writings ,etc to elaborate their thinking and imaginary views.

For assessments, the teachers have many platforms where they can evaluate their students. The children of early childhood can be assessed on many basis like:-

. Achievement test- where they have to write or respond to teacher's questions directly.

. Alternative assessment- assessing a child by using hints or props so as to make easy for a child to understand.

. Performance assessment - it includes assessment on the basis of writing a sample thing,or by telling a story.

Other many aspects or points where they can be assessed are:- arena assessment (within a group), aptitude tests, over the year assessments, etc.
