Teachers can adopt highly interactive sessions and brainstorming sessions to improve skill levels of the students. Innovative subject delivery methods such as flash cards, enactments, speech, video tutorials, step by step assistance methods, innovative tests pattern that focuses on improving the students memory, interactive games, team building activities, etc., shall be used to create an effective learning environments. Teachers can involve as many students as possible to be part of the innovative methods. Through the above mentioned, teachers shall easily establish a friendly relationship with students and provide them the space to explore their weakness and strengths. By doing so the teacher becomes more approachable and the student tend to improve their grasping power and memory building skills. By teaching the students to remember and recollect the student overall skill develops.

Effective learning environments shall improve the mental health of the student. They feel relaxed inside school and during learning sessions. They start developing positive emotions and mannerisms. The students shall gain abilities beyond their natural skills. They gain and innovative mind and shall tend to prove themselves by competing. These shall improve the overall skill level of the students.

Teachers can assess the environment they create by physical observation of the students. They can also interact with the parents to know more about the students’ thoughts on the teaching environment. Feedback sessions can be conducted and opinions from students can be heard about the possible changes that can be carried out to improve or help the students.
