Yet, conflict is as natural a phenomenon and it has beneficial effects. It has gives the stimulus for innovation in products and business when means are not producing ends; it has lead to better social justice when groups have demanded change; and it has enriched the personal lives when the differences may result to the development of creative and inclusive solutions.

People are naturally social beings that survive with interaction thus it's important as breathing. In the course of the interactions, there exists a possibility that one party will wrong the other and conflict will ensue. For example: We can better citizens when we listen respectfully to those who are different, speak out against injustice, appreciate our diversity and work cooperatively with others for the better society.

In my opinion conflict should be resolved because it will help yields positivity, improves working conditions, motivates workers and consequently results in a win-win situation. Communication skill plays an important role for cooperative engagement, and conflict resolution. It teaches techniques of communication and strategies to work in a better approach with others. For maintaining the gains of group living people need to reduce cost by mitigating competition and solving conflicts of interest. In an organisation it is the management task to mediate the conflicting claims and bring an acceptable compromise for the smooth running of an organisation.
