The duties of a leader of a meeting are-
1- To create such type of environment that motivates every person present there.
2- communicate efficiently and affectively with each person.
3- never try to be too strict to any colleague.
4- Take the note of the event and action taking place during the meeting.
Delegation
You can define delegation as assigining a task to another person either to your teammate or your subordinate.
Example- Your manager giving you a task to complete within a week.
Delegator
Delegator can be defined as a person who has been entrusted as a rpresentative for a meeting or a conference.
Example- anyone with good skills can be choosen as a delegator.
Delegate
Delegate can be defined as a person who is chosen to speak for others and also act for others.
Supervision
It can be defined as guiding people so that they can perform better.
Example- Parent helping their child in finding theri passion.
The five steps in the process of delegating are-
1- Selection of the right candidate with good skills.
2- to set a particular deadline so that the work could not extent too long.
3- properly define the work. Clear all the doubts so that the vision of your work is clear to the delegate.
4- Fix a goal or output of the work
5- Monitor each and every process very throughly.
