Characteristics of an effective leader can be broadly categorize in four attributes. The very first characteristic that I believe makes an effective leader is a clear vision of shaping the project. He/she knows exactly how to start, manage, source and conclude the work in given timeline. Another strong characteristic is the ability and courage of taking immediate decision with self-confidence if something goes wrong. A person must be influential to be effective which means when he decides something the fellow people follow him without hesitation. The last but very important characteristic is that the leader have high moral value and ethical. Terms like kindness, empathy, unbiasedness and grattitude shapes a fine leader. In today's world, one such example of an effective leader is the prime minister of world's biggest democracy 'India'. PM Narendra Modi has a huge number of followers in the world due to his influential nature and major decisions in his tenure.
