Empathy - The empathy means the ability to understand or feeling or share the feeling.

Generally empathy is categorised into three types

1. Compassionate empathy - It is the type of feeling or concerns for other.

2. Emotional empathy - Literally feel the emotion of other, more closer as compared the empathy.

3. Cognitive empathy- It is basically to put yourself to someone's circumstance and realized the depth of the issue.

Empathetic communication

As the name mentioned, it is type of communication that comes in account what we do for the people, the way we do it creates a impact on the other people.

When we have empathy for any person/patient, it means u can understand the moment and circumstances more quickly. It helps us to communicate our ideas in a way that makes sense to others.

Steps that help in the process of empathy communication-

1. Listen other more
