Develop a Communication Plan for educating staff on the changes and their implementation, including what communication activities will be undertaken, by whom and when, and what the key messages of the communication activity will be.
A communication plan is a detailed structure about your organisation is going to commence a change within the workplace and how you are going to make people learn and educate about this change.
The communication plan I would like to draft is what making a change within the organisation regarding the use of new technological Management Information System for the employee database and compensation records. Unlike the traditional way, this modern approach would be used to make your salaries credit in your account automatically on the payday and you'll get informed on your account applications regarding your daily payment, bonus, extra allowances and compensation if any. To make this change happen in the organisation, we are going to implement a 3 day training and learning session in our workplace to traing and orient the employees regarding the change and the actions further take. This training would help the employees understand the various uses, benefits, techniques and the effectivity which could be achieved by implementing this change. 2 professional MIS developers Mr. X and Mr. Y are invented to host and conduct this training session along with their team to train you with thr effective modes. The training would commence from 20th April 2020 to 22th April 2020 in the Meeting Hall on Floor 3. They key messages are as follows:
1.Training regarding the technological change by upgrading towards MIS.
2. All the employees and their supervisors have to attend this meeting.
3. The benefits, usage and technical aspects of this technological service would be discussed.
