This week the course materials addressed how social media behaviors outside of the workplace might affect an employee on the job after the employer learns about the worker posting a photo, message, or some other item.
Perform research using the internet, university library, or by asking family members or friends, to identify a situation where an employee's social media behavior outside of work led to a problem on the job and answer the following questions.
Include the following in your paper:
Describe the situation and what happened in detail. What was posted? How did the employer react?
What was the outcome on the job? Did the person lose his/her job?
What is your opinion about this situation? Do you agree or disagree?

A school teacher posted a semi naked picture of hers on social media where her students were added in her friend list. This led to students circulating the picture all over the school and internet.
The school authorities fired the school teacher for posting such picture and creating a wrong impression on the minds of young students and disrespecting the work relations.
What was the outcome on the job? Did the person lose his/her job?
Yes, the school teacher ended up losing her job.
What is your opinion about this situation? Do you agree or disagree?
I somehow disagree with the outcome or the actions taken by the school authorities. Instead, the authorities should have asked the teacher to either post such pictures privately by removing students from her list or take it down and given a warning.
