Labor union representatives work for the welfare of labors employed in firm. They fight for the better pays, holidays, working hours and allowances. They negotiate with representatives of firms. Company may be represented by the single individual or group of individuals. Representatives from both sides sit around the tables and negotiate on varied demands and exigencies. Finally, both reach the agreement and contract or agreement is signed between these two parties.
