Diversification can be considered as an important organizational culture, here, every firm should accept and appreciate the culture of diversity, people should come from various backgrounds, for a Job, person should be capable to perform only, Firm should eliminate various discriminating factors those can create negative impact on the organizational growth, further Team diversification bring better team relationship with more acceptance towards various culture and religion, in the work environment, people are connected with each other more positively and unbiased way, thus, organizational productivity also can be gained by nourishing the culture of diversification,
Organization should adopt this indicator, that will motivate employee to perform more dedicatedly, Employee should be judged based on their skills, expertise and ability to perform the Job, each employee should be treated equally and it is necessary to review that there is no situation of discrimination in Organizational environment, Each people should be treated in fair way and with the respect, such situation will bring more values for the organization, thus, this will create a culture which will encourage employees to become more performance oriented, and respect, help each other, so this indicator can describe various aspect of the culture for an actual organization,
