  • Philosophy of Organization

List B Includes things that represent the observable cultures of the Organization, those are as stated below:

  • Business Policy
  • Quality performance of the Product
  • Behavior of CEO or Symbolic CEO
  • Dress code,
  • Ritual activities within the Firm
  • Product displays, Brand Logos

For each Item on the List A and List B, we can identify two indicators that we further can use to describe this aspect of the culture for an actual organization, those are as stated below:

  • Equal and fair treatment of each employee:
