Review is nothing but rechecks or evaluation. Reviews will be
done in all areas to evaluate the persons ability and
capability.During job interview an HR manager also do the review
process to shortlist the candidates for the company.The six things
that needs to be examined during the review process are -

- Quality and Accuracy of work - This review
gives idea about the quality and accuracy in the work.The quality

- Communication skills - This is the most
important and essential review in the present 21st
century.Communication skill is nothing but the ability to convey
the message or information to other.If a person having a poor or
moderate communication skills.This makes it hard to reach the
