A hotel refers to a place which offers you meals and lodging facilities. People visit hotels for small vacation or short stay for a while.
Prior research into the area of resort management has been limited in scope with limited investigation into the underlying reasoning behind management practices.
On the other hand report combines hotel and various other kind of activities and recreations with in itself.
People visit resort to enjoy, relax for worthwhile stay.
This addresses these areas of concern by examining current techniques and identifying underlying management themes.
Talking about the management purpose a manager of the resort has different managerial duties as compared to what he has in hotel.
To complete this analysis, qualitative data relating to how management deals with consumers, employees, and general operations were collected from resort executives.
In a hotel he is responsible to manage the front desk, the customers in the room and the food service of the hotel.
But on the other, a manager has to ensure the food and beverage services, maintenance of the rooms of the customers, the facilitation of the activities that are being taken place, various other programs running, all the operational efficiency of the front line and other perspective ideas to make the resort a successful business to run.
