1.Politics and power have the capacity to change an individual by their actions ,beleif and conduct.Both have positive and negative impacts and happend how they used it.Power used in good way can cause employes encouragement and active participation ,if power used in a discourage manner negative impacts oocurs.

2.The political change affects economic status.It changes bussiness perfomance.factors like taxs and government spending affect economy.

The political factors are

3.Organizational culture means a definitive way to behave within the organization.This culture includes shared ideas and beleif and decision by leaders .They communicate with teh employes by different mode of communication for the remodelling of employee behaviour.

4-Positive organizational culture leads to good patient outcome,sucha as decressed mortality rate,decressed hospital acquired infection rate ang good patient satisfaction.
