2. An administrator control will be initialized in the upgrade so to increase and maintain security.

3. All new operating system and applications tools will boost the functions of work and will adopt the latest trend to increase the service delivery.

Out of scope:

  1. Support will be provided with ease and the team may get able to work at its standard to give the best delivery in work.
  2. The complex process of the old system will become easier and it will be available with ease to function effectively, also will conduct the process effectively.

Acceptance criteria:

The project will be accepted when it will meet the needs of the work, it will be considered as a success if the service delivery to the customers turns to complete satisfaction if it meets all the needs.

Project deliverables:

  1. Better configurations system support
  2. Mitigating customer support
  3. A complete training manual for the team to excel the work.

Project exclusions:

The project is to support the customers with best possible needs to them, the team should ensure the time that is required to provide the best possible support to the customers by fulfilling their demands in the project for getting the successful feedback.

Constraints:

The constraints are the budget, cost and the resource availability; it has to be equally taken under the considerations.   

Assumptions:

The entire team should co-operate with the project in completing by fulfilling all demands and intending towards the growth.
