Job Analysis-
Job Analysis can be defined as the process of determining the necessary details of a particular job and by comparing it with other jobs. It is basically a comparative process. It details out the roles skills, duties and responsibilities concerned with the job. Job Analysis is concerned only with the job and not with the person.
Job Analysis comprises of following two aspects-
Job Description
Job Specification
Job Evaluation
Job Evaluation is basically the process of assigning the real value or the real worth of a job in any organization by making a comparison with other jobs within as well as outside the organization. There can be both qualitative as well as quantitative methods of evaluating a job.
Coming back to the problem now, we have to develop a job description based on the desired position. Following is the job description-
