• Planning for job evaluation: the analytical process is planned according to the situation. It is a crucial stage that should be planned before collecting data and various information regarding various performances.

• Outlining evaluation: The importance of job evaluation lies in the effectiveness of job analysis. It indicates the parameters that can be set for job evaluation.

• Method selection: it is essential to select the appropriate methods for job evaluation. One particular purpose cannot apply to all kinds of job evaluation. The ranking method is commonly chosen for most of the job evaluations. The ranking method is considered to be the simplest way for job evaluation.
