List 3 goals in SMART Format for the new campus building project at HMC Sheridan College
List 3 assumptions for the new campus building project at HMC Sheridan
List 3 constraints for the new campus building project at HMC Sheridan
New campus building project
SMART goals
1)- Allocating budget of Rs 50 lacs for building base floor in first six months of construction
Specific- Rs 30 lacs
Measurable- Can be measured by progression of cash accounts and
month-wise track records
Achievable- Company can achieve this by asking builders and engineers to work under this budget and encourage them for optimal utilisation of resources
Relevant- Encourage low-cost development techniques and mechanisms, with tech
Time-specific- it can be completed in six months
2)- Get two High-quality Investors and partners in December
Specific: We want high-quality associations and investors so as to promote the growth of campus
Measurable: Two highly desired partners
Achievable: Can be achieved by curative leads and utilising personal networks and contacts
Relevant: If the goal is achieved, it will result in growth and brand positioning with additional admissions
Time-bound: Goal has to be achieved up till December
3)- Confirm that the HR department have completed hiring and recruiting 20 skilled teachers for every department by the end of seven months of construction
Specific: 20 teachers are to be recruited as soon as possible
Measurable: We have applications of around 50 professionals, therefore 20 teachers are to be recruited
Achievable: It is easy to complete the process in such an adequate time
Relevant: As soon as the construction is completed, this will help to further commence classes and admissions on faster pace
Time-bound: To be executed in seven months on construction
Assumptions: These are expected occurrences hoped during the life cycle of a project and are build on past experiences or in-hand data or information.
The suppliers will deliver every equipment on time and we will get every resource needed for construction of the campus
During the spring and rainy season, cheap labour will be available
The engineers and builders have all the required skill sets and mechanisms
Construction expenses will approximately the same as the budgeted costs.
Constraints: These are limitations imposed before the beginning of the project and could be a business or technical type of constraint.
We will achieve the first goal within six months of the construction process
There will be a team of ten engineers deployed on-site for construction
The workers will have to work construct with the available resources and techniques eg: cement, bulldozers, bricks etc
The building should be resistant against 7.0 richer earthquake
