When the manager along with his/her employee focus on determining the goals of the project along with its deliverables, cost of executing the cost it is known as identifying the scope of the project.

Project requirements

Anything which is required in order to complete an entire project it is generally known as project requirements. Innovative ideas, manpower are the basic requirements in order to get a project done.

Project approach

When the employees of the organization make innovative idea in order to complete the project it is known as approach to the project. For example, in school it is often seen that students come out with new ideas when they are given a project on a specific subject.

Project plan

Important documents which helps to keep the entire project on track is termed as project plan. While planning the project the manager generally formulates a model which helps in planning, implementation and monitoring of the project.

Project resource

Anything which is required for the completion of the project is known as project resource. Human resource, financial resource are generally the two important resources which is used for the completion of the project.

Project design

It is a very early stage of a project where the key features of the project, requirements for the success of the project are designed.

Project limitations

Anything which restricts in the accomplishment of the project is known as project limitations.

If any difficulty like short in resources faced while completing the project it is known as project challenges.

Project delivery

It is a method which is used by the owner of the organization or any agency in order to complete to design the financial scope, providing facilities in the legal department while the project is carrying on is known as project delivery.

Project evaluation

When the project is done the top management team of the organization focuses on the effectiveness of the project after it has been implemented. This is known as project evaluation.
