The reasons why most of them today choose a profession in healthcare is because of the following reasons;

1. Job securty; Healthcare industry is a growing industry and therefore it is expected that the opportunities for people ae more. Therefore, we will not find any job issues.

2. people do the work that are interesting.;In healthcare we have many areas lke doctors, nurses, pathologists, pharmacist, lab technician etc. Whichever is the interesting area that we can choose.

3.We can live and work wherever we want; Since healthcare profession is one of the blooming areas, we can live and stay in any country and in any part of the world.

4.They are rewarding;

5.They are flexible, As per our interest we can choose the specialisation and can serve.

6.Teamwork. We learn the importance of cooperation and teamwork through these professions.

7. Increasing demand. Since our profession is blooming daily increasing demand make the healthcare profession to have more demand in the future days.

8.Dynamic; In healthcare no day is the same. Each day we learn new things, and we meet different circumstances.
