Social progress helps Women work force to work equally like men ad improve our economy
Any Disparity in Races, caste, religion, sex will have bad impact in Economy.
if we have to move forward these problems have to be kept back and start growing in harmony.
Visas are bad for economy (This is proven using big analysis)

Regional development is must because suppose a problem arises in any any particular region, regions might not be able to help them quickly which will have huge impact not only on that region but since the world economy and supply chain has globalised it will have major impact.

Reservations for the needy like backward caste, appropriate welfare schemes and healthcare opportunities.
All these things helps in improving our economy, Per capita income.
The important feature about betterment, it we can measure it in various forms like life expectancy of citizens living in a country/ region. Though not accurate indicator but a good indicator is Per capita income of the citizens of the country.

When a region progresses only then it will be able to move from less productive sector i.e Agriculture to more productive sectors like Manufacturing and services. When population moves and such transition are made then people will be able to increase their income.
