Actions that will improve the morale of the team members:

• Appreciate the team for the good job they have done frequently.
• Get out with the team members frequently.
• Introduce incentive plans surprisingly.
• Get ideas from the team.

Actions that will diminish the morale of the team members:

• Allocating works without breaks.
• Taking decision on employees,without the employees concern
• Very strict company policy
• Bad communication by the team lead.
• Back talks by the team lead

Things u can do Team Work-life balance:

• Avoid Over time working, to spend time with family
• Avoid more than one employment at a time.
• Don't over schedule the day.
• Have team get together.
• Take proper Week-off's from the work.
