Answer =
influenza virus replication cycle as follows:
Penetration = The virus makes contact with the host cell through spikes.the receptors are present on the host cell. when the viral spikes hijacks the recptor protein on host cell, the plamsma membrane engulfs the virus and in this way ,the virus enters into the host cell.
1.Uncoating - once the virus enters into the host cell. the coat of virus is removed or spike is removed this process is called as uncoating.
2.The genetic material of influenza virus enters into the nucleus of host cell.
3a.In nucleus there is process of transcription takes place, where the viral RNA undergoes multiplication.
4. Some of the RNA material transported out of nucleus enters into the cytoplasm.
In cytoplasm the translating machinaries that is ribosomes are present. on the ribosomes the process of translation takes place and there is synthesis of new viral proteins.
5a.At the same time some proteins are enters into the nucleus.
5b.The viral proteins which are made by cellular ribosomes are transported into the golgi apparatus.through golgi apparatus they transported on the host cell membrane.
6.At the same time, the viral material transported out of the nucleus into the cell membrane where the spiky proteins are already present.
7.from genetic material and spiky proteins the new viral is generated. in this way there is multiplication of one virus into the thousands and millions of viruses.
