Business moves in such a faster way, and employees expected to be appreciated and move up in their companies. Employers generally look for workers who can do work by keeping in view of future movements.They look for some skills that have always been required and in demand. Other skills are required for modern business , which always been upgrading. To help your business thrive and stay competitive, Its important to have right skills.one must have to asses their current skills and one way to acheive the same is by undergoing training.

In personally:

Personal dovelopment is a lifelong process. One must consider their current skills in order to acheive their goals in longterm or short term and set up goals to realise and maximise their potential.Identifing current skills will help to take new challenges. In some cases knowing current skills will boost one's confident level as well.
