Describe four proven strategies used to answer NCLEX style questions
1. Closed ended questions
Avoiding non- therapeutic questions that consider as answer choices is a good strategy of answering
2. Do not worry answers
Skip answer choices that often gives false reassurance. Because it doesn't allow the patient to express their feelings with the nurse
3. Why questions
Avoid answer choices that has 'why' questions. because it may imply disagreement of the clients.
4. Nurse focused answers
Eliminate answer choices deamnd to the focus of comment is on nurse.answers often seen very empathetic but your communication must be patient focused.

Discuss how patient care needs can be prioritized using Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs.
According to Maslow, most basic physiological needs like airway, breathing and circulation, food,water and elimination needs are the priority.
Abraham Maslow's teachings on the hierarchy of needs,humans are motivated by the intrinsic need for self-actualization and associated process.
Nurses may apply Maslow's law in their service of patient care. Each patient's needs must be addressed and met individually in order for them to feel satisfied, cared for and cooperative.
