Based on your analysis of the current marketing situation and observation of their current marketing campaigns, where are the new opportunities for Macy's to effectively market? Detail the competitive issues that may be faced and how these challenges will impact these opportunities. Does the internal situation in the company support these opportunities? If not, what are the investments that will have to be made?
We know that macy's is an american based company who is dealing with diffrent kinds of products and services we can also call it as an departmental store. During this pandamic situation the current marketing systems and campaigns are going in a very difficult process.
Macy's is failing about more than three years and their growth rate isn't increasing and there is no connection between the customers and the products. For eg; if the customers needs a product the company doesn't have the environment to sell the produt it is the main reason for the failure of the company. They aren't attentive about the current marketing structures and campaigns. They have to think outside the box and make more oppurtunities and let they make the internal environment more favorable for the organisation.
There are many competitive challenges will affect the oppurtunities that are raised by the company. For that the company have to be more attentive and should capture the market immediately by making more advertisements and campaigns based on the current pandemic situation. Most of the companys are providing Work From Home method for their workers or employees. So that they can make more time on the working process and make more profits.
The internal environment of the company should have a accurate skill for effective working on capturing the market. The company have to divide each one of them to their duties only where they are skilled and make maximum utilisation from that. Make more and more attractive advertisements and campigns for increasing the sales for the company.
