Ans: Progression opening in health care system means the early diagnosis of the illness. Physiatrists provide secondary prevention of disability, take a non-surgical approach to rehabilitation, and are dedicated to problems of the musculoskeletal system. Consulting with a physiatrist before seeking surgical treatment can be a valuable decision and can lead to better progression opening. Physiatrists offer big-picture insight to help patients understand their full spectrum of treatment options Strategies used by physiatrists/case managers to improve quality, decrease cost, and increase operational efficiency have ultimately aligned health care system to address the present and future challenges confronting. It is the core cause psychiatrists and case managers are working for. The physiatrists can order or perform a full range of medical laboratory and psychological tests which, combined with discussions with patients, help provide a picture of a patient's physical and mental state for the progression opening of the patient. Their education and clinical training equip them to understand the complex relationship between emotional and other medical illnesses and the relationships with genetics and family history, to evaluate medical and physiological data, to make a diagnosis, and to work with patients to develop treatment plans and help the patients in progression.
