Answer :-Now a days electonic health records(EHR)is more important becouse it ensures to improve the quality of care and it also helps to determine the patients outcome, safety by improved management ,minimize in medication errors, reduction in unnecessary investigation,etc.

EHR includes all the key administative clinical data relevant to that person care under a particular provider including medical notes, problems, medication etc. It may improve risk management by providing clinical alerts and reminders. Making it easier to consider all manner in health management. Moreover it accurate, up-to-date and through information naturally leads to a high quality of care from better diagnoses to reduced errors. EHR are also helps the patient for better management of their conditions and participate more fully in their health care. EHR provides access to public health data to survey the population for potential health improvements . In public health surveillance observes a population and brings attention to various health threats or monitor the general health of population. There is even a positive correlation between the use of EHR by primary care providers and the ability to accurately report to public health officials.That is why EHR is more important for today healthcare system.
