Monoplegia( mono means one, plegia means paralysis) is known when there is complete loss of motor control ( paralysis) in any limb( leg or hand). The most commonly occur due cerebral palsy.
Here in this case the client felt complete motor loss of right leg.so, it is a example of Monoplegia.
Option d is incorrect, monoparesis can occur in any limb ( leg or hand) but there is not presence of complete paralysis , the limb has present little motor function. It can be occured due to stroke.
