Q: The parietal lobe sends motor instructions to the peripheral nervous system.
This is wrong, Why is this wrong?
We have two type of nervous system the central nervous system and peripheral nervous system
Central nervous system form the parts of brain and spinal chord where as peripheral nervous system form the parts outside the brain.
A information received by the PNS first sends to the brain by CNS. Then the designed lobe for the information send instruction to the CNS. These information then gathered by the PNS and sends to the particular organ.
Parietal lobe is situated in the brain and it responses to the test ,touch and temperature. Hence it is a part of CNS.
A outside stimuli of taste or touch first recieves by the parietal lobe by the peripheral nervous system through CNS. Then the parietal lobe sends the instruction to the central nervous system which then is sent to the peripheral nerval system.
So we can say parietal lobe first send the motor instruction or the information to the central nervous system. From CNS , the PNS get the information and sends it to the respective organs or cells.
