What are some of the problems with the system from the perspective of ease of learning and ease of use? In what ways is the system inflexible? In what ways is needed information not available? This document can be read by my system no matter what kind of operating system you have or what kind of word processor you use.

ii.Some of the problems with the system from the perspective of ease of learning and ease of use are as follows:

1.Automatic generation of course fees ,once the course name is entered ,sometimes leads to errors in the system leading to misleading information about the course and can cause problems .

iii.,System is inflexible for the following reasons:

if new courses are not updated time to time in the system,it can prevent the user from having required information.

Also,irrelevant errors lead to misguidance to the students and confusion among them while choosing the right course.

Also,Manual discussion of the course type wont be available in the system,which prevents the user from having the required information.

iv.Ways in which needed information is not available in the system are as follows:

1.automatic generation of course fees which doesn't give an opportunity to negotiate with the course fees.

2.Other doubts regarding the hostel requirements cannot be asked at the very moment.

3.Student's feedback regarding the course cannot be obtained at the very moment.

v,Yes,sometimes a lot of information is provided which can lead to confusion and dilemma among the students regarding their enrollment to the course and can lead to distraction from the task at hand.
