Solutions

Expert Solution

Contributing time are all such time which are effective time which are given by the labour in order to employ themselves to certain work in the organisation and these time are leading into production of various goods and services. Contributing times are leading to production of goods and services and increasing the overall contribution in the company

Non- contributing time are all such times which are not leading to any kinds of contribution from the labour and it would be leading to idle time or or breaks between various work or machine breakdowns which are leading to loss of time and contributions.

There are so much non-contributing times in many organisations because there are continuous machine breakdown which can be seen as well as there are a high degree of power cuts also and other time break between various work and idle time which can lead to non contribution from the employees.

These noncontributory time are lack of design of the proper time management in the organisation and they should be trying to implement well-designed plan in order to cut upon these idle time in order to enhance the efficiency of workforce and the organisation and increase the contribution and profits.
