Physicians practice can be seen as two type , one is care with no tension of money or insurance coverage and second type of physician who only know to make money by any means or we can say unethically. ACA or Obamacare is covering people falls in America's poverty line by crediting the premiums to them. It is applicable to more than 15 states. People of low income see this as a boon for atleast getting some benefits by the American government. This public welfare scheme was debated on many grounds but still working in USA.

This law was enacted to curb the malpractices of insurance companies. In this way, they are supposed to liable on many specific interventions to the patients. Citizens have right to purchase any insurance of their choice and related subsidies will be paid by the government.

ACA has stopped the increased cost of insurance and offering quality care to citizens. It has forced companies to cover those area which previously they denied to cover like preventive care services, critical care and many diseases which are rare in nature.
