AFFORDABLE CARE ACT

It has 3 goal: to provide affordable health insurance to all people, expand the medical progeamme to cover all people with income below 138% of federal poverty line and lower the cost of health care.

In my opinion this is a very important step to make healthcare facilities available and affordable to all individuals whether be rich or below poverty line. This will reduce health disparity.

ION REPORT

Nursing staff and students can report poor practice in patient care theough this report.

This report helps in identifying and rectifying the poor health care practices being carried out in an institution to improve patient care facilities.

NURSE PRACTICE ACT

It states policies to ensure minimum requirement for safe practice for every nurse. It provides regulations specific to nursing profession.

In my opinion this is an important act to prevent any kind of mal practices and provide quality medical services. This act protects patient from mal practices by regulating the nursing staff actions.

SOCIAL STATEMENT POLICY

This helps all nusing professionals and students to understand the essence of nursing. It provides the definition of nursing, nursing processes, nursing regulations and nursing practices. It helps to give a better understanding of nursing

This is an important policy to make every nursing member have a better understanding about their profession. It gives them a clear vision of what their profession is, its motives and goals, its methods and practices
