It emphasis to reach your goal, improve the results and gain competitive attitude by strategically alligning your plans and decisions accordingly. It includes the performamce criteria, set of interrelated core values and a scoring system for systematic control.

Yes, I totally believe that we are following a baldrige framework in our economy as of now. All of the strategies that we made in our organisations are made in the first place because of the level of competition. Competition is the key making the business go everlasting. We strategically use the resources, plan the actions, organise our operations and directs accordingly to achieve the objectives and goals. Excellence in this economy is the key for sustainability and for that effective controlling is also made. Thus, we can conclude that is framwork is already adoped.
