1?A women's pregnancy if she get pregnant at or before the year of 19 year is called teenage pregnancy. A women can get pregnant if she has V-ginal s-ex with a man at any age after she's begun having regular monthly periods.
2 ? teens who get pregnant are at higher risk for pregnancy related high blood pressure (pre-eclampsia) and it's complications than average age mother. Risk for the baby including premature birth and low birth weight. Pre-eclampsia can also be harmful for the kidney and can also be fatal for the baby as well as for teen mother.
3? according to the centers for disease control and prevention in 2017 around 194000 babies were born to American girls between the age of 15 to 19.
4?the numbers of teenage pregnancies in the United state has been decline , it still remain higher than in other industrialized country.
5 ?pregnant teen also have a higher chance of becoming anemic. Anemia is the reduction in the number of the red blood cells count in the blood of that mother. This can make the teen mother feel tired and weak and can be effect the development of the baby.
6 ?Giving birth in the United state is safer than ever but still it's more dangerous for a teen than for a women 20 or older.
7 ? according to the world health organization (WHO) , complication during pregnancy or childbirth are the leading cause of death globally for the girl at age of between 15 and 19.
8 ? if a girl get pregnant in teenage she might got frightened and worried about telling her family and friends. Not talking to someone and not getting the help and support that she need, she can make feel more isolated and depressed . This can lead to problem at home and school.
9 ?many teens drop out the schools. And some never completed their education. That means a lot of mothers who get teenage live in poverty.
10 ?women who got pregnant at teen are more likely to have more than one child. About one in five births to teen mother is a repeat birth. A women with little education and multiple children to care for will find it very difficult to earn a living.

Proper obstetrical care throughout her pregnancy is so important to health and well-being of both the mother and baby. Eat well and exercise and confide in supportive friends and family members.
