Reasoning:

Ethnography is a qualitative type of research study that takes ino account the culture and social organization of a particular group or community.

It can be used as an effective tool in healthcare as it presents the patients views and experiences of illnesses or delivery of services.For example,it can show show a patient's cultural practices can influence the effectiveness of the therapeutic interventions that they receive.

The ethnographic methodology goes deeper than other research methods,it is contextual and dynamic and is based on previously unknown perceptions, behaviours and true real life patient insights.

• But is not too good as it is a time consuming method that needs well-trained researchers.
• Short term studies are more difficult as it takes time to build trust with informants inoder to facilitate full and honest disclourses.
• Also,it is a labour intensive process that is relatively costlier than others.
• The results produced by an ethnographic research are not that generalizable as the results will be based on a particular cultural response,the outcome of that study cannot be applied beyond where the study was conducted.

So,overall it's a good method,but not the best one.
