As regard to the mall interviews or IDIs, it's also essential, but it does not assist in the deeper way for the community member.

For the right respondents for company recruit to its online and social media community, there only record the scents and get the feedback from them online (Staff, 2017). They respondent are those who frequently come online for the company product and this thing will able to generate the specified sensation.

The "richer understanding" from the online community means to get or access the things in the fast mode. Those people who want to save time and get to go better inside with the cost saving, they choose the online community by "richer understanding."

I think the firm Estee Lauder use the information data as manual to get the feedback and rate of reviews from the customer card. However, now they create an online community on the channel of YouTube where people give their feedback, rating regarding the product of Estee Lauder. They have not done as completely meanwhile they are doing so.
