Myself i have made few changes in my eating habit,it includes the following

Keep more fruits,low fat diary products,vegetables and whole grain foods at home and work.Focsing on taking healthy foods on diet.Fruits and vegetables are low in calories and nutrient dense,which means they are packed with vitamins,minerals,antioxidants and fiber.Our biological determinants are Hunger,appetite and taste.

Healthy eating means eating a variety of foods that give you the nutrients you need to maintain good health,feel good and have energy.These nutrients includes proteins,carbohydrates,vitamins,fat,water and minerals.

Eat these food daily for good health(or atleast often)

-Salmon,this oily fish known for its bright pink colour is rich not only in healthy protein but also in omega 3 fatty acids,which benefit your heart and kidney.

-Brussels sprouts

-Blueberries

-Nuts

-Plain yogurt

Yes, i am following plan of action for both dietory intake and physical activity.Plan of action means identify the ideal physical activity and dietory intake whcih promotes our health.

Physical activity sim[ly means movement of the body that uses energy.Walking,gardening,briskly pushing the baby stroller,climbing the stairs,playing soccer or dancing the night away are all good examples of being active.For health benefits,physical activity should be moderate or vigorous intensity.

The barriers that are found among people are Lack of energy,fear of injury,lack of will power,social influence,lack of skill and sometimes lack of time.We can suggest following to overcome these barriers.

-Schedule your activities into your day(use an excercise log)

-Build activities into everyday task,no matter where you are(Take a walk break at work)

-Find an activity that you enjoy,that works for your schedule.
