Based on your scores, what changes, if any, do you propose for yourself in the use of power? Explain.

If I'll be having the power to do something for myself remaining inside the organization then I'll try to improve myself from every aspect which will help me personally a lot and also it will go to help the organization because all the improvement in myself is for the organization objectives and growth. Improvement comes when you make your goals and give your best to achieve those goals which will help you in your growth in the organization and growth of organization too at a higher level. Try to finish your work if you have started it, don't leave it unfinished. Try to communicate with every person in the organization and spread positivity and gain positivity in the organization. If you're having power then you can remove politics from the organization and try to recruit the best employees for your work as it will help you organize to achieve its organizational objectives before time. Moreover, I'll try to become the best version of myself in every field and try to achieve my personal objectives by giving priorities to organizational objectives.
