It is a very popular qoute, that has been given by "James Baldwin".
" Not everything that is faced can be changed, but nothing can be changed until it is faced"
This qoute in simple words means that, suppose you have a fear, a problem, weakness or shortcomings in your life, whether it may be related to your personal or professional life, and you want that all these problems will vanish away from your life and for it, you did nothing. You will never be able to get beyond it, until you are willing to honestly face it.
Let's take an example : suppose you have a problem with one of your subject say, in maths and you want to get good marks in maths in the upcoming exams and for it you didn't practice it, didn't take so much time of it, so, if you want maximum or good marks in it , you have to work hard for it unless you fail in it.
So, the crux is that if you didn't face this problem , you will never get out of it. That is the statement says.
Whatever your fear are, they can not begin to change unless you are willing to start to move towards, rather than away from them. So, don't go away from the situations, just faced it. If you feel that you are not selected in the interview, don't go away just faced it and accept the results whatever it may be.
