What challenges does GM faced at the organizational level

GM is General Manager. General Manager is future CEO and they have to learn leadership.

The challenges GM Faced at the organizational level are stated below :-

1. GM has to guide their team and but if any GM is recently join then it is very difficult for old employees to learn the new GM policies and adhere the guidelines. So if GM is unable to handle the team then it is very difficult to GM to work in the organization.

2. If any person promoted for the position for the GM from the team then it is very difficult to the team members to follow the guidance of the new GM and GM faces challenges in this situations.

3. Time management is main challenges for the GM because they have to do their task and guide/lead the team. So they need to manage the time.

4. Productivity increased issue because every employees need and work concept is different , hence GM has to manage this things. Most of the time they feel challeges for this.

5. If any new hiring or old employee resign from their position. it is very difficult for the GM for hire the talented person for the job and if any person is resigning then they have to most of the time do negotiations with the employee so that employees can retain in the organization.
